Warranty excludes but is not limited to:

  1. Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  2. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or due to the normal aging of the product.
  3. Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, neglect, vandalism, or external forces.
  4. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  5. Damage exceeding the cost of the product.
  6. Use in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in the product’s user manual or product description.
